John Latham and John Vinyard have created a valuable tool for organizations that are using the Baldrige criteria to build sustainability through performance excellence. The Baldrige User’s Guide is an important resource for every leadership team involved in moving an organization along the quality journey.

Our organization has found the “Guide” to be invaluable from first attempting to understand the criteria through writing an application. We were able to use the many examples provided in the “Guide” to benchmark and learn from other high performing organizations.
