Baldrige User's Guide continues to evolve. The 1st edition started out as a collection of tools - a reference book. The first CD-ROM included digital versions of the blueprints with live links allowing the reader to "FLY" the criteria. The 2nd edition was reorganized and updated for the 2005 and 2006 criteria. The 2nd edition CD-ROM included a new way to navigate the blueprints with a new flash-based user interface. The National Graduate School in partnership with Wiley published a special edition for their Master of Science in Quality Systems Management program.
